Dedicated programs for Homeschoolers

Capital SP also provide additional programs specifically designed for Homeschoolers. These programs are held during the day based on 6 - 8 weekly sessions throughout the year.

Currently at Capital SP we offer the following event based activities.

Fundamentals are the core exercises that make up the foundation for all other skills in the technical, physical, psychological and leadership parts of the game.

Every sport has fundamental exercises and skills that if you master will help you more than anything else in becoming a player of the highest quality or just for fun. They include passing, shooting, dribbling, to name a few.

Flag football is a safe, non-contact version of football for kids. It teaches basic skills like passing, catching, running, and flag pulling. Players learn simple offensive and defensive strategies without tackling. The game focuses on safety while introducing football fundamentals.

Beyond physical skills, flag football helps kids develop teamwork, discipline, and social skills. It's an accessible way for youth to enjoy the sport, stay fit, and build character in a fun, inclusive environment.

The aim of the Kindergarten to Grade 12 physical and sport education program is to enable individuals to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to lead an active, healthy lifestyle, while contributing to the development of life skills for the personal management of health, for the use of physical activity as a strategy for managing life challenges, and for a setting within which to practice the ability to work with others plus introductory sporting experiences in the associated activity, to which the appropriate level of direction and training will be applied to all participants.
